The choir “Gesangverein der Steirer in Wien” is performing a bilingual Advent concert together with the Otvorena srca choir (the Choir of Burgenland Croatian Women), showcasing an interesting project featuring both choirs performing their traditional Advent and Christmas carols together. Otvorena scra has 16 soprano and alto voices, while Steirerchor has 15 female and male voices. Being the choir leader for both ensembles, Croatian Ena Romic, who lives in Vienna, is the link between the two. Cultural exchange that brings people together is an important aspect of this project.
