The repertoire of the Studio Choir Vienna is characterised by the annual rhythm: from folk songs and Christmas carols to masses and pop songs. The choir has travelled to singers’ meetings and competitions in Austria and abroad. Since 1984, the choir has been led by three conductors who have focussed on different areas and expanded the repertoire. In 2024, the choir found its current conductor – a French-Canadian who has found his second home in Austria. Together with him, the choir has weathered the coronavirus crisis and rehearsed programmes ranging from the Renaissance to musicals.
