The Stammersdorf Vokal mixed choir has been active for more than 30 years and strives to connect people through music. With its wine taverns, Stammersdorf is known locally as the “village on the outskirts of the city” and is a place for people to meet and enjoy culture on a small scale. The singers have a shared passion, commitment and enthusiasm for creating music in a community and performing it. The choir’s repertoire includes old music, folk music, ballads, gospels, musicals, pop, rock and jazz. The choir currently has a total of 16 members spanning four to six vocal ranges and new members are always welcome.
