Founded in 2003 by Argentine Rubén Guarnaschelli, the choir’s repertoire includes folklore and compositions from all over Latin America. In addition to Spanish, the choir sings in Portuguese and indigenous languages. Among the choir’s highlights have been a tour of Argentina and Uruguay in 2007 and performances of Misatango by Martín Palmeri at the Wiener Konzerthaus. The choir’s 40 or so singers come from a number of countries in Latin America and Europe and have been led by Camilo Leins from Chile since 2022.
